Where are One+Only™ Custom Headboards made?
All One+Only™ Custom Headboards are proudly made in Canada, at our production facility in Vancouver, British Columbia.
How did One+Only™ Custom Headboards begin?
One+Only™ Custom Headboards began in 2006 by Shivauna Brown. When as a new homeowner she couldn’t find a signature piece of art to not only fill a wall, but also inspire her morning, noon and night, she decided to create her own.
How often do new designs come out?
As often as we find new artists who wish to share their works with us.
If you know of an artist who is looking for additional exposure through a new avenue, please have them contact us.
If you favour a particular artist’s work and would love to have a reproduction as your headboard, let us know and we’ll contact them.
Are all the materials used in One+Only™ Custom Headboards safe for my child?
Yes. Each of our suppliers have provided us with detailed specs to ensure the materials we select, whether licked, rubbed against or slept under, are not harmful to our and your children.
How do I clean my headboard?
Regular dusting is all that is needed to care for the frame. Should you spill on your headboard, just a damp cloth will suffice. As the ink is a solvent, don’t use anything stronger than water as it will remove the image’s ink.

The following are our standard sizes for our headboards:
Twin
- Framed: 48” x 80” (approximate depending on frame choice)
- Unframed: 40” x 72”
Queen
- Framed: 65” x 88” (approximate depending on frame choice)
- Unframed: 57” x 80”
King – Horizontal
- Framed: 88” x 65” (approximate depending on frame choice)
- Unframed: 80” x 57”
